It’s a Wrap is Ivins City’s utility box art program, transforming everyday infrastructure into vibrant public art. Through artist-designed vinyl wraps, these boxes become colorful, meaningful features throughout the community.
Launched in 2023 with Ivins’ first Call for Art, It’s a Wrap brings artist-designed vinyl wraps to select utility boxes throughout the city. What began along the Ivins City Arts Corridor on Center Street has grown into an ongoing public art program that turns everyday infrastructure into creative, visually engaging elements of Ivins’ streetscape.

Want to become a sponsor?
Community members, HOAs, and organizations may sponsor a utility box wrap in honor or memory of someone special, or simply to support public art in Ivins. Sponsors fund the approved design, printing, and installation, helping expand the It’s a Wrap program while adding meaningful artwork to Ivins’ public spaces.
