The Ivins City Arts Commission sponsors an annual Art on Loan program, featuring six works by Ivins artists displayed in public spaces around the city. Each piece is on view for one year and available for purchase.
 

Winning artists receive a stipend and are honored at our annual reception each May.

 

Are you an artist interested in submitting work for the next Art on Loan? The deadline is typically in February of each year.  To be eligible, make sure you're listed in our Artist Registry, and read the guidelines below.

Information on Submitting for Art on Loan

The City of Ivins is seeking original sculptures and/or original two dimensional art pieces for designated public space areas within the City of Ivins, Utah. This is a one-year "on Loan" program that will promote local artists and provide a means for artwork sales. Ivins City will retain 25% of any sales. Selected artists will receive a $1000 stipend.

Timeline

Eligibility: Ivins City Art on Loan program is open to all artists who live in Ivins, have a studio/workspace in Ivins, or have their artwork for sale in Ivins City, Utah.

Entry Deadline: Typically end of February of each year-TBD

Artists notified of selection: April 1 of each year

Deliver artwork: May of each year

Reception: TBD

Display Period: May to April 

Entry fee: No entry fee

Artwork Size Limitations: 2D art must fit within one of two wall space sizes: 30"width x 40"height or 48"width x 36"height. Consideration should be given to filling the space without exceeding the parameters. If your submission includes multiple pieces that fit within the dimension size parameters, please include an image of your presentation.
